Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the short-term rental agreement between the property owner/manager (“Owner/Manager”) and the tenant/guest (“Guest”) for the property located at C/ Muntaner 248, 1-1, 08021, Barcelona, Spain.

1. Booking and Payment:

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit of the total rental fee.
• The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to arrival.
• Payment methods accepted include cash and cards.

2. Security Deposit / Damage Protection:

• A security deposit or damage protection fee may be required upon booking to cover any damages or additional cleaning required post-stay.
• The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, less any deductions for damages or excess cleaning.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is at 12:00pm on the day of departure.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability.

4. Occupancy and Use of Property:

• The rental property is for residential purposes only and shall not be used for parties, events, or unlawful activities.
• Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. House Rules:

• Guests agree to abide by all house rules posted in the property or communicated by the Owner/Manager.
• Rules typically include restrictions on smoking, pets, noise levels, and use of amenities.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 90% refund.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.

7. Maintenance and Responsibilities:

• Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition during their stay and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the Owner/Manager.
• Minor repairs may be carried out by the Guest with prior approval.

8. Utilities and Services:

• Additional charges may apply for excessive use of utilities or services beyond normal usage.

9. Liability and Insurance:

• The Owner/Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

10. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barcelona, Spain.

11. Miscellaneous:

• Amendments or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
